Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hard Knock Academy. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–10 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that many of our products are made-to-order. During periods of high order volume, holidays, special releases, or carrier delays, processing times may take longer than usual.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times for U.S. orders are approximately 3–10 business days after shipment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on carrier conditions, demand, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Hard Knock Academy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • severe weather
  • customs processing
  • carrier service interruptions
  • high shipping volumes
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • lost or stolen packages
  • events outside our reasonable control

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hard Knock Academy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional assistance.
